I am Prakat Karki, resident of this building on 4th cross road, Brindavan Nagar road (2nd main), Tavarekere. After 14 years in Bangalore, I'm moving out of India by the end of April, 2025. So, I'm trying to sell off all my things (mostly electronics, furniture) quickly. I'm offering them at cheap rates to neighbors and friends first.

3 Seater Sofa

Comments: Sofa frame is very sturdy and all foams are in good shape. There are some cat scratches on the sofa, but if you use a cling cover (like this one from Amazon), the sofa will look good as new. Also, giving the three cushions with their custom cushion covers.

Wooden Shoe Rack

Comments: Really nice looking wood cabinet (with 4 levels). However, it was DIY assembly when I bought it; so I've done a bad job putting it together. Hence, selling it for only 1500.

Kenstar Fridge- 150 Litres (Red)

Comments: Very old fridge, bought on a sale on Amazon 7 years back. Works pretty good still. Small size deep freezer is also there. More than enough for single person. Have to defrost every couple of months.

Comments: Mattress in mint condition. Used it just few times and I had to remove it since it was too soft for my back following a back surgery. Wouldn't be selling this if it was a used product.

Comments: Good quality oven for all baking/roasting/grilling. Selling it for 1/3rd of the price since it's a bit old. However, it's been in excellent working condition for all 5 years.

Comments: Bed with metal frame and wood plank; covered with blue sticker which can be removed. Bought long ago so selling for 1k only.

Age: 3-5years

Comments: Three wooden shelves that can be used for multiple purposes. There is one 4ft shelves for living room (INR 500), one tiny book shelf (INR 200) and one kitchen shelf (INR 300). All three are pretty much the same materials- those composite wood types.
